How We Phase a Repipe
Investigate

Plan the Phasing
A stack-by-stack sequence with shutdown windows and tenant notification built into the schedule.
Demo & Install
Old piping out, new risers and branches in, tested and inspected floor by floor.
Restore & Document

Repiping & Rehab FAQ
Can tenants stay in the building during a repipe?
Usually yes. We phase by stack or floor with scheduled shutdown windows, and most tenants only lose water for a few hours at a time.
How do you handle historic buildings?
We route around original finishes and masonry wherever possible and coordinate with preservation reviews when the project carries historic tax credits.
Do you repipe with copper or PEX?
It depends on the building, the water, and the spec. We install copper, press-fit copper, and PEX and will explain the trade-offs for your specific project.
