This St. Louis renovation brought cafeteria and restroom plumbing into an operating pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Legacy Plumbing performed demolition per plan and tied the replacement scope into existing waste, water and vent systems. The work combined kitchen fixtures with showers, drinking water, drainage and a recirculating electric water heater.

Scope of Work — St. Louis, MO
- Demolition per plan and tie-ins to existing waste, water and vent
- 5 water closets, 3 urinals, 7 lavatories and 4 showers
- 2 kitchen sinks, a mop basin, 7 floor drains and a 12-by-12-inch floor sink
- Bottle-filling drinking fountain
- 50-gallon electric water heater with recirculation pump and an RPZ
- Core drilling and excavation for plumbing piping; pipe insulation per specification; fire-stopping
