Commercial Plumbing Jobs in St. Louis, MO
Build a Career, Not Just Hours.
Legacy Plumbing is hiring project managers, estimators, foremen, and journeyman plumbers across the St. Louis metro — plus apprentices and commercial service techs. UA Local 562 signatory: scale wages, health, pension, and annuity on every hour, paid certifications, and a written path from apprentice to journeyman to foreman to superintendent.
The Job, Described Honestly
No mission statements. Here's how the work actually runs on our St. Louis jobsites.
Pre-job planning, in writing
Before a crew mobilizes, the job gets a written plan — scope, sequence, material staging, and who owns what. You show up knowing the day's work instead of guessing at the gang box.
Trained foremen, real supervision
Foremen here go through leadership and layout training before they run a crew. Nobody gets handed six guys and a prayer. If you're stuck, there's someone on site who can actually answer.
Tools and material that show up
Specialty tools, press gear, jetters, locators, and cameras are company-provided and maintained. Material gets ordered off the plan, not off a panic phone call at 9am.
A path you can see
Apprentice to journeyman to foreman to superintendent or estimator. Each step has a written expectation list, so you know what you're being measured on before the conversation happens.
Modern estimating and scheduling
Jobs are bid and scheduled with current software and field-verified layout — including total station layout on larger projects — so field work gets set up to succeed instead of chased.
Small enough to know your name
You'll talk to the people who run the company, not a call center. Feedback from the field actually changes how the next job gets built.
Apprentice to Superintendent
Four steps. Each one has a wage band, a training list, and a set of expectations you can read before you're measured against them.
