Legacy Plumbing manages a facility water heater and backflow program across a multi-site regional portfolio anchored in the St. Louis metro. The program combines planned replacements with annual RPZ certification and rapid-response repairs.
The program combines three kinds of work under one vendor. Planned commercial water heater replacements — gas, electric and tankless — are scheduled ahead of failure. RPZ and other backflow preventers are installed where needed, and annual backflow certification is completed with municipal reporting for each site.
Between planned visits, scheduled repair service covers the portfolio during regular hours, Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm. Capital planning support helps facility teams see which water heaters are due for replacement so budgets can be set in advance.
