UA Local 562 and pay
Legacy Plumbing is a UA Local 562 signatory contractor, so all field work goes through the hall — but we hire card-carrying members, travelers, and non-union plumbers who are ready to organize in.
Field pay follows the Local 562 wage package — a published scale by classification, plus health, pension, and annuity contributions on every hour. Apprentices start at a percentage of scale and step up on schedule. Foreman and general foreman classifications carry a premium on top of scale. Exact current rates come from the hall.
