Dental Office Plumbing in St. Louis
Dental office plumbing, vacuum, compressed air, nitrous oxide and oxygen piping for new and expanding practices across the St. Louis metro.
What a Dental Build-Out Needs
Chair-side air and vacuum
Lake Saint Louis work brought compressed air and vacuum to control valves at 12 chairs. In Weldon Spring, piping connected chairs to a new compressor and vacuum pump; Webster Groves work reached the dental cabinets per the equipment supplier.
Medical gas and water distribution
The South St. Louis County dental office combined oxygen and nitrous oxide piping with dental air, vacuum and balanced hot-water recirculation. The Wentzville expansion piped five new treatment rooms and ran oxygen and nitrogen lines back to existing tanks.
Sterilization and accessible restrooms
Wentzville’s new sterilization area received hot and cold water, drain, air and vacuum. Its existing restroom was reworked to meet ADA standards. In Richmond Heights, the dental surgical center scope included seven accessible water closets and seven lavatories with ADA faucets.
Occupied-building connections
Webster Groves required work in the occupied unit below and after-hours water shutdowns. The St. Louis City renovation used after-hours access above occupied finished space for air, vacuum, sink and existing-system connections.
