Legacy Plumbing self-performed the ground-up commercial plumbing scope on phase one of the industrial cold storage campus in Foristell, Missouri. The 100,000+ sq ft distribution center sits less than a mile from Interstate 70 and anchors a three-phase industrial development serving Missouri transportation, warehousing, and cold-chain logistics.

Scope of Work — Foristell, MO
- Site utilities: sanitary sewer, storm, and domestic water service
- Underground plumbing rough-in coordinated with cold-storage slab pours
- Floor drains and piping rated for refrigerated warehouse loads
- Backflow prevention (RPZ) and water heater installation
- GC coordination through BIM/VDC and Leica total-station layout
