Project Overview

Legacy Plumbing delivered the commercial plumbing package for a manufacturing facility in St. Peters, Missouri. Scope covered domestic water distribution, sanitary drainage, and equipment connections coordinated with the plant's production layout.

The plumbing package followed the plant's production layout. Domestic water came in through a new service with backflow prevention on the incoming line, then fed the interior distribution and the water and equipment tie-ins. Sanitary drainage and trench drains were laid out for the production floor so wash-down and equipment discharge had a path to the building drain.

Underground rough-in was sequenced with the slab schedule: piping was set, tested and inspected before concrete, then the above-slab distribution and water and equipment tie-ins followed once the floor was placed. Equipment connections were coordinated with the plant's production layout.
