Ground-Up Commercial Site Utilities — O'Fallon, MO

Project Overview

Legacy Plumbing partnered with the general contractor on a ground-up commercial pad in O'Fallon, Missouri. All site utilities — sanitary, storm, domestic water service, and grease waste — were self-performed by UA Local 562 crews.

On a ground-up pad, site utilities set the schedule for everything that follows. The sanitary sewer service and lateral tie-ins, storm drainage and detention connections, and domestic water service with backflow prevention all had to be in and inspected before vertical construction could start.

The scope also included grease waste and interceptor plumbing, installed with the rest of the site utilities. As-built survey coordination with the general contractor documented where each utility was installed.

This work was self-performed by UA Local 562 crews in O'Fallon, near Legacy Plumbing's own O'Fallon office. It is the same underground and site utilities scope offered on commercial pads across St. Charles County.
