Dialysis Clinic Plumbing in Florissant

Project Overview

For an outpatient dialysis clinic in Florissant, Legacy Plumbing piped from the water room to each dialysis station box using the supplied pipe and boxes. The complete plumbing package included temperature-controlled lavatories, clinical and support sinks, extensive floor drainage and emergency washing fixtures. Water heating used a 199 MBH gas unit with a circulation pump.

Scope of Work — Florissant, MO

• Piping from water room to each dialysis station box using owner-supplied pipe and boxes
• 14 lavatories with 14 thermostatic mixing valves plus 3 other mixing valves
• 9 sinks, 4 water closets and a mop basin
• 9 floor drains, 5 floor sinks and a trench drain
• Washer boxes and drain valves; emergency eyewash and eye/face wash; bottle filler
• 199 MBH gas water heater with circulation pump
• 2-inch main backflow preventer and shutoffs for owner appliances

Documented Scope Outcomes

• Dialysis station boxes were connected by piping from the water room
• Fourteen lavatories each received a thermostatic mixing valve
• Clinic drainage included floor drains, floor sinks and a trench drain
