What is included in a commercial plumbing service agreement?
A service agreement defines planned plumbing visits and documentation for your facility. Essential typically includes annual backflow test coordination and reporting, a fixtures, water heater and visible-piping walkthrough, and a written condition report. Preferred can add equipment and drain maintenance; Comprehensive can add a system-specific schedule, agreed priority scheduling, asset records and replacement budget planning. The signed scope determines what is included.
Can the agreement be customized?
Yes. These tiers are starting structures, not fixed packages. Visits, covered assets, agreed drain lines, documentation and exclusions can be tailored to the facility, equipment guidance and local requirements. Repairs and replacements are included only when stated in the agreed scope.
Can an agreement cover multiple sites?
A multi-site scope can be discussed for buildings within the St. Louis–area jurisdictions we serve. Share the addresses, plumbing assets, access arrangements and existing test schedules so the plan can identify responsibilities for each site.
Who does the plumbing work?
Legacy Plumbing is a union plumbing contractor with UA Local 562 plumbers and master plumbers on staff. Plumbing work is performed by our union plumbers; any specialist service coordination is identified in the agreed scope.
