This St. Peters fitness club paired locker-room and restroom fixtures with a multi-heater water heating package. Legacy Plumbing completed plumbing per plan, including battery-powered flush valves and sensor faucets, showers and drinking fountains. Drainage accessories, laundry and service connections were included, while the existing backflow preventer was retained.

Scope of Work — St. Peters, MO
- 10 water closets and 3 urinals with battery-powered flush valves
- 7 lavatories with battery-powered sensor faucets and 6 showers
- 5 floor drains, 3 trap primers, 4 trap guards and 15 cleanouts
- 3 tankless water heaters, an electric water heater, circulation pump and expansion tank
- 2 drinking fountains including a bottle filler
- 4 hose bibbs, service sink and laundry box
- Existing 2½-inch backflow preventer retained
Documented Scope Outcomes
- Locker-room scope included six showers and sensor-operated lavatories
- Water heating combined three tankless units with an electric water heater
- Existing backflow preventer remained in the installation
