UA Local 562 and pay
Legacy Plumbing is a UA Local 562 signatory contractor, so all field work goes through the hall — but we hire card-carrying members, travelers, and non-union plumbers who are ready to organize in.
Project manager and estimator are salaried office positions based at our O'Fallon, MO office with regular jobsite time. Pay is set by scope and experience rather than the Local 562 scale, and most of the people who do these jobs well came off the tools first.
