- Plaster traps, duplex grinder lift station and sump pump
- 199 MBH tankless water heater with internal circulation pump and 2-inch RPZ
- 2 eyewashes, 3 mop basins, 4 frost-free hose bibbs and a drinking fountain
- 2 storage tanks
